• The Savoy Theatre is a Smoke Free Environment, no smoking is permitted in the building.

• There are no refunds. Exchanges only, prior to performance.

• There is a per ticket service charge for all tickets purchased over the phone or online.

• Cameras and audio and video recording devices are not permitted in the theatre.

• Cell phones, pagers or anything that beeps must be turned off or left with the house manager before entering the theatre.

• Late comers will be seated at the first suitable opportunity in order to minimize the disturbance of other patrons as well as performers on stage.
